Incompetence on this scale is just unbelievable. They all had something to gain from this fiasco. They have been caught out - and still they make no confession. They do not even say, "Yes - we are negligent and incompetent fools." This will be the excuse they will use - should it go to court. The have never admitted to any wrong-doing. Another reason why I believe they are truly corrupt.
