Like I say in previous post - I believe them corrupt. They have the Fifth Amendment in the US. Is Mr Grabensee an American? Perhaps he does not want to incriminate himself further. You say of him, "Equally, it is possible you just got "used" by other people." I believe that there are possibly a few innocent parties in this fiasco - unfortunately none of them working for Afilias or ICANN. Their actions and inactions give them away Richard. They betray themselves. I am most disapointed by Vint Cerf - I thought he was one of the good guys. Must be on a good screw. If he keeps quiet about these things, it just shows that power corrupts.
