truly new application as well as benefits for traditional .com/.net/.org users, and
importantly, is not replicated on the net. However, .biz looks to me to be
at best a "trendy" and possibly ephemeral, third rate substitute for .com.
I think .biz has the potential to rival .tv as a waste of money, swallowed by registry
hype. I think you are also right that some .biz registrars will have secured
the best of the lack lustre extension. I think that Neulevel must be aware of the
limitations of the appeal of .biz when its own homepage has "how to use .biz" info
for prospective registrants. .biz is not .business, not even for a huge percentage
of English speakers, so what is the likelyhood of the takeup of .biz in non-English
speaking cultures?
