So, yes, it would be inconceivable that they would not be available in the round-robin.

More to the point, what about "registrar reserved" names like, which Govinda laid claim to, on the basis that she already owned as a "link-page" for her 1stDomainNet company.

Or Hal Lubsen's, which he laid claim to because he had a stand-alone domain site at (with NO links to DomainBank)?

Neither of these names have been surrendered by these Afilias colleagues... and yet there must be people with more legitimate grounds to register and develop these sites.

A system set up to protect the rights of others, or a system set up to benefit the registry and registrars themselves?
