Hawaii.info and Maui.info and Govinda.info have all been listed in the Shadow WHOIS
as to-be-deleted.So, yes, it would be inconceivable that they would not be available
in the round-robin.
More to the point, what about "registrar reserved" names like
German.info, which Govinda laid claim to, on the basis that she already owned German.com
as a "link-page" for her 1stDomainNet company.
Or Hal Lubsen's FortKnox.info, which
he laid claim to because he had a stand-alone domain site at FortKnox.com (with NO
links to DomainBank)?
Neither of these names have been surrendered by these Afilias
colleagues... and yet there must be people with more legitimate grounds to register
and develop these sites.
A system set up to protect the rights of others, or a
system set up to benefit the registry and registrars themselves?
