||Richard - the YesNIC list of 261 TM frauds and .info Sunrise
registrations is awesome - it's a haul that only a registrar prepared and permitted
to break all the rules could have won.|
My guess is that the 007Names/MustardSeed
haul in the .info Landrush is possibly much longer - a list that I suspect could
only have been achieved when a registrar cueues their own and no one elses names
and is permitted to do so.
I would like to be proven wrong, but I think that 007Names/MustardSeed
pulled off one of the great scams of the .info launch.
My guess is that they will
be back for more in the .info Landrush 2 and that it could be hard to find
a shorter cueue than that which 007Names/MustardSeed will submit for themselves.
With the DNS governance being just a sham under the present ICANN - I don't think
we should get our hopes up that ICANN and or Afilias will take a stick to YesNIC
for its conduct in the .info Sunrise or investigate the actions of 007Names/MustardSeed
in the .info Landrush.
