My mind is racing.  I'm imagining UDRP disputes in which you can take a .NOT domain if you can prove the registrant has trademark rights in it (of course, you also have to prove they registered it in good faith). Maybe there could be a sunrise provision where anyone who enters trademark data automatically doesn't get the domain. (There would probably be a big scam because trademark owners would fraudulently leave the information blank.) Can I register a generic, like what.not ?  Or do I have to prove someone besides me has it trademarked somewhere first? Sign me up for icann.not right away.
