In the UK and probably other cctld registries which have little to do with ICANN,
you can report rogue companies to the Department of Trade and Industry, but there
does not appear to be any regard for people in these US government departments. People
have informed ICANN and the DoC and there is no interest. It has got to the stage
where they are 'openly corrupt'.
