Now assuming that Simon Steinle and Elfriede
Steinle are the same person and/or working together (I simply don't believe that
two unrelated Steinle's are challenging this same domain), why would one want to
challenge himself? I can think of only one reason: to be sure that you're the last
one to win the challenge before the challenge period ends. And if this is true, then
of course it is a clear indication for trademark fraud.
