"There are many Registrars participating in the new "round-robin" selection process.  In some cases, these Registrars have resellers that also offer registration services.  Among these resellers, there are several companies guaranteeing registration of domain names in the new round-robin process. Please be advised that no Registrar or reseller can guarantee successful registration.  Also, NeuLevel cannot regulate resellers' activities." What?  NeuLevel won't enforce their contracts with registrars? Then why have contracts? Why waste ink and paper? Why waste trees? Fraud! Oh! pause to think a bit some Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! O.
