- to Insurance Claims Yellow Pages as a result of a lawsuit?
Is it true that
the President of Insurance Claims Yellow Pages and Greg Crane both share the same
suite in the same office building?
Is it true that a challenge to realestate.info
has now been terminated by WIPO as a result of the transfer pursuant to the Court
order?
Another funny thing, if true...: Is it true that the lawsuit was uncontested
and judgement was entered within 12 days of the original complaint being filed -
something of a record? ANOTHER funny thing? Is it true that Greg Crane signed the
judgement against himself?
Is there something 'not quite right' about this
scenario??? Or is this guy just a regular lucky guy with a nice trademark?
It
would be interesting to hear from Mr Crane what he has to say about this one.
At the same time, how has Afilias managed to construct a system where a prime
domain can go unchecked and unchallenged initially, then be altered after a ???lawsuit???
then be changed again in the shadow whois... and where WIPO terminate what appears
to have been an appropriate challenge... and where who knows how many more names
have slipped the net... for example, only tonight I spotted a new Sunrise claimant
from Holland who has 123 Trademarks all dated the same day with concurrent numbers
for the following Dutch generics etc:

And BTW, why does ICANN STILL refuse to comment
on all these matters, and specifically on the issue of fraudulent but still accredited
registrars? Why does ICANN evade straight and decent questions? Why does ICANN refuse
to enter into open dialogue? Why has ICANN failed to protect consumer interests?
And how much money does ICANN get from those registrars which act fraudulently -
in breach of contracts - and yet who ICANN still advertises and commends?
