Greg Crane as the former registrant of realestate.info is deeply invested/involved
in the "online yellow page business"see Yahoo article:
"The shareholders voted
to re-elect the existing board of directors: Angelo Tullo, Walter Vogel, Harold Roberts,
Gregory B. Crane, Daniel L. Coury, and DeVal Johnson."

Now
there is a judgement order which gave the domain name to Insurance Claims Yellow
Pages of Scottsdale, Arizona.
"State Recording Service was incorporated in
Texas In November 1993 by Gregory B. Crane of 10405 N. Scotsdale Road, Suite 4, Scotsdale,
Arizona. He listed 603 W. 13th St. in Austin, which is a mailbox service, as the
address of his office, the lawsuit states."

Mr. Crane is doing business in 10405 N. Scotsdale Road.
"The annual meeting of
the shareholders of YP.Net Inc. was held at the Chaparral Suites, 5001 North Scottsdale
Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85250"

You
can't find any information of value about "Insurance Claims Yellow Pages" in the
Internet. Therefore I think it is just another maildrop/mailbox business of Mr. Crane.
My
opinion about that whole case:
1. Mr. Crane registred realestate.info with false
trademark data fraudulently in sunrise period.
2. He was challenged several times
and he knew that he would lose the domain.
3. He filed lawsuit against himself:
"Insurance Claims Yellow Pages" as his mailbox business sued Mr. Crane. Mr. Crane
didn't answer. Therefore the court orders that the domain should be transferred to
"Insurance Claims Yellow Pages"
4. Result:
a) Mr. Crane still controls realestate.info
through "Insurance Claims Yellow Pages"
b) All challenges through WIPO are terminated.
