What's disturbs me is that there is an automatic judgement filed against Crane No.1 (i.e the original registrant) - when he didn't appear in court. In civil cases, judgement shouldn't automatically entered against you if you don't appear. Imagine the implications if someone challenged a small guy halfway across the world for a domain name in a foreign court - and the small guy lost simply because he didn't have the resources to fly there. Unless of course, in this particular case, Crane did something to implicate himself as registrant no. 1 to become registrant no. 2...

If someone could get a summary of this particular case and post it online, I'd be very grateful. I'd be particularly interested to see if this guy could be done up for perjury.
