Subject: Stuart Lynn's Agenda - regarding forums

I put this on Reform Forum:

Many things are obvious to me from notes on Lynn talk.

e.g. L. Openness & transparency - "Manager of Public Participation. Existing comment forum is largely a joke. (Apologies to those who do use it sensibly.) We need to do better."

"Manager of Public Participation." Lynn wants to censor people - to deny them right of free speech.

"Existing comment forum is largely a joke." Only because ICANN make the process one-sided. They are as open and transparent as a welded shut steel safe.

"Apologies to those who do use it sensibly." Most do - but are annoyed at contempt ICANN show for them - because ICANN do not believe in open discussion.

"We need to do better." Lynn needs to do better, if he thinks he can give propaganda instead of reasoned and rational argument.
