flawed and totally lacking in responsibility to honest applicants. But what can
you do about that? People of Bora Bora Island have the same rights as people in the
US. If they have a trademark, it has to be considered equal to a US tradmark, otherwise
US companies/ people will always win over Bora Bora Island companies and people and
that would be racially prejudice. Adding an extra layer of prejudice onto a saystem
which is already being abused by big business and without any honourable intervention
by governments would make things even less fair. Perhaps it will happen. It wouldnt
surprise me.
