for domain assignment is fundamentally flawed and should only be settled in the courts, not during Sunrise. If cybersquatters chose to register microsoft.info or ibm.biz, let them waste their money and have their names confiscated by the lawyers. It will happen anyway, so why impose the logically flawed Sunrise at all? Well, the reason is simple, for the benefit of unprincipled cybersquatters to try their luck at gaming the system with false tm claims from Bora Bora Island for generic terms.
