The link below is what Afilias said they would do to market .info.  You be the judge whether this plan is a success or a failure, or if Afilias is doing what it said it would do. Could it be that .info isn't nearly as successful as expected, thereby creating a situation where Afilias doesn't have the cash to fund this plan? Shelby Hudgens
