1. The UserID or Password is incorrect.Try copying the UserID and Password
from the email to the
Login screen.
If the copy operation doesn't work,
contact Neulevel and
ask them to give you a new userid/password, or ask them
to
perform the operation for you.
I don't actually know if Neulevel will or
won't help you.
But you don't lose anything by contacting them.
2. You
already logged in with that UserID Password and either
completed the proceed/cancel
operation, or stopped the operation
without pressing the "logout" button.
In
this case you get that same invalid userid message, "Login invalid, please try again".
Contact
Neulevel and ask them to give you a new userid/password, or ask them to perform the
operation for you.
Again, I don't actually know if Neulevel will or won't help
you.
You don't lose anything by contacting them or your registrar.

The
only problem I've run into is, once when I input the userid and
password, an
error page came up saying "the page would not display".
Fortunately, the userid
and password were still valid.
