I sued myself.
I was the
Applicant of this domain name and I sued or started the WIPO proceedings since the
Registrant was inaccutarely showing the name of the Registrar Joker.com.
The fact
is that Joker.com did enter, only god knows why, their own name as Registrant in
about 100 - 300 domain names as Registrants.
In the event if we did not start this
proceedings, then anyone else coulld challenge the Registrant who was shown as CSL
GmbH d/b/a Joker.com who would obviously not have a trademark and we would therefore
loose the rights to register the name.
Hennce this action was necessary.
