sweet words of assurance are common, but common decency and ethical behaviour are rare commodities. Keep us posted Richard on your quest to be dealt with honestly by Verisign. I think it will take a change at the top of ICANN before the DNS authority has any chance of gaining credibility with the internet public and a reputation for fair dealing. Good luck mate!
