Subject: on the revoking of "temporary" TLDs

If some TLDs were created, for example ".nom." for peoples personal sites, would it be possible to say that the "permanent" location of these sites would be accessible from .domain.people.int. ? This would allow such sites to try out the new TLDs, without being bound to them.
