ICANN must invoke an inexpensive, user-friendly method of enforcing and authenticating the different TLDs that are already in place, before new TLDs are introduced.

ICANN must also provide illustrations in which a registrant has "rights or legitimate interests in" a disputed domain name (for the purpose of UDNDRP 4.a.(ii)).
