What about TLD based on languages? |

I propose the creation of new TLD based on languages.
The purpose is to create TLD for people that do not recognize themselves in
countries. I think of Esperanto (constructed language, portal at http://www.esperanto.net/),
but also of Euskara (people in south west of France/North of Spain). People whose
language encompasses more than one country, local languages (Brittany, to keep with
France), etc.
