A new generic TLD will not give future companies a chance at a good name. That chance will only exist for some very short time after opening up the new TLD. So it will only work for those companies that already exist (and probably have a domain, which is not so easy to change...) and that are fast or hire fast services.        What then? A new TLD every 6 months? There is absolutely no reason for a new generic open TLD. It will not help or benefit anyone except the registrars.
