                Since registrars are clearly the winners in any new TLD Introduction it should be thier responsibility to make sure that at the time a name is issued that there are no current tm violations associated with the name. They should also be required to report any pending or potential tm conflicts which could occur in the future. Since the buyer is not actually purchasing the domain name but is really purchasing a "license" to use it the buyer should be informed and indemnified against damage claims.
