Q40: Are there any types of new TLDs that should not
be included in the initial introduction? If any types should be excluded, why? The
Names Council statement recommended a limited number of TLDs initially BUT was neutral
on the type - it merely took note of the the WG C recommendation. Any TLD that
does not ADD VALUE to the market dominated by dot com should be excluded.
