Q58: How many new TLDs of each type should be included in the initial introduction?
Zero unrestricted.
A continous controlled stream of chartered domains selected according to the six WG C principles. The inital test bed can be interpreted as a slow start to this process.
How many is a WRONG and contradictory question in relation to the concept of charters.

Q59: Which types of TLDs will best serve the DNS?
Charters.

Q60: Are there any types of TLDs that ICANN should not consider?
Unrestricted i.e. that are just poor cousins to dot com and add no extra value to the DNS.

Q61: Which types, if any, are essential to the successful testing period?
Charters - introduced in the knowledge that there will be a continous stream.
