      Please forgive my ignorance and with respect to all concerned. The bottom line is money and yes it's nice not to worry about your bills. The Internet is dangerously close to mirroring real life with all of its dark and light sides. Everyone seems to be arguing over domain names because it is money. The average (sorry do not know any other word to use) Internet user likes chat, email, music, games and information. They are not interested in domain names and to be honest find the Internet confusing. So we are all fighting over that same thing. Why not work together.  The Internet is still in its infancy. We all ended up in this forum because we came knocking on the front door. If you want to offer domain registration there are many companies that will give you a good package and host your dns servers for competitive rates. This is your chance to grab a little history.
Lets try and work together for the public, the corporate companies and the small business community.  I can promise you there is enough work to go around.
