No, that is for ICANN to decide. Like
so many others in favour of hew gTLDs you refuse to debate the question whether or
not these are a good idea at all.
In fact ICANN's questions are made up in a way
that the answer is already: Yes we want them. I am trying to understand why, avoiding
paranoid assumptions about interests. I haven't been enlightened so far.
