Subject: Misusing trademarks for anti-competitive purposes

In the Napster case it is said:

"If you use a copyright to achieve an anti-competitive purpose, you lose the rights to them,"

They KNOW that they have to include classification and country, else only one trademark name may be used on the Internet.

Therefore using a trademark to achieve an anti-competitive purpose.

That law must surely apply to trademarks, they must lose the rights to them.
