(As with Q28: Is the concept of TLD "charters" helpful in promoting the appropriate evolution of the DNS?)           This concept should not be used preferrably as that could enhance confusion. Banks instead of .com could choose .banc, but insurance companies? ".ins"? And how about financial companies that are both bank and insurance company?
