Q4: Would these stability concerns be magnified by introducing a large number
of TLDs at once?A4: Technically, no concern about stability with large initial
number of gTLDs, but the problem is to accredit a large number of Registries.
The larger the number, the highest the chance that one will either fail, or perform
badly, and increase the chance of criticism and lawsuits. This is not a good
thing, also considerint the answer to Q5 below. In summary, the stability
concern in this first phase is about the number of Registries, not gTLDs. In
practice, the same consideration that applied for the accreditation of Registrars
(testbed period with limited number thereof) should apply for Registries.
