Q33: If charter proposals are evaluated on an individualized basis, should any steps
should be taken to promote stable and orderly evolution of the DNS overall? A33:
We have to accept in the Internet a certain "natural amount of disorder".
If the
question suggests that there should be an overall "design" of the DNS by ICANN, the
answer is no.
If the question implies just that for the time being no potentially
confusing and/or overlapping charter proposals be accepted, the answer is yes.
