Some countries, e.g. UK, use combinations of gTLD + ccTLD,
i.e. ....co.uk. If all countries consequently - especially the US (eg. ...com.us
or ...com.ca.us for a Californian firm) will use these combinations, a lot of
new entries can be created. the gTLD's .com or .org only should be distributed
to multi-national or international organizations and firms.
