Let's all be honest:We all have taken such a big profit
from the internet (business expansion worldwide, time-saving e-mails, etc.), which
we wouldn't have without it.
THE DAMAGES WE SUFFER THROUGH "TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENTS"
LAY WAY DOWN COMPARED TO THE BENEFITS WE TOOK FROM THE INTERNET.
(Allow me to mention
that IMHO at the domain name level no trademark infringement can exist, but only
in the websites connected to the domain names.)
Of course we all want more ...
but it is the wrong road to tell everybody how much we are suffering (but not how
much we are profiting) just to get the right to rip off a few people who want to
make money by selling their "good" domain names.
Just create a lot of new domain
names. They have no chance to compete and domain prices will automatically drop.
WHAT
ARE WE AFRAID OF? I am not.
