You say, "The term cybersquatter is used for a person that registers trademarked names with the goal of reselling the name later at a higher value." and then claim that were you to register microsoft.firm, you would be a cybersquatter. Unless, of course, your goal was not to resell the name, but to promote a web site about the rigidness (firm? get it?) of Microsoft. Couldn't resist this one, I really am packing...
