This was quite an interesting
excercise to say the least. Although in principle, I am against the release
of any new TLDs before the existing INEQUITY AND HERMENEUTIC DIFFICULTIES OVER IP
"RIGHTS" are resolved, I will say that if there is going to be a release, then there
should be no limits or restrictions as to the number of new TLDs. Of course,
there should be strict regulations regarding technical and ethical compliance of
registrars in order to ensure "stability" (in all its possible manifestations or
interpretations). Lastly, in the event of a release, IOD and its .web domain
should be allowed fair consideration for gTLD registry as I can respect their position
