I think it's ludicrous to deny current .org domain owners the right to renew their
registration. A great many people will be inconvenienced, as many .orgs that are
popular or useful sites will be displaced, and some registrants do not have the choice
of a .com or .net equivalent. If you have to put restrictions on it, apply them
to new registrants only. The rest of us shouldn't be displaced. -Gabe Russell
