Verisign should not be left in control of or with responsibility
for any TLD registry -- their conduct has been highly questionable (both in treatment
of their customers, abuse of WHOIS, and attempts to re-secure their monopoly).
Let them participate in the registrar market, but the registries and their data should
be publicly held, not handed to a for-profit with as poor a track record as that
of NSI/Verisign.
