A ridiculous notion, and
an unenforceable one. The bureaucratic nightmare this would cause is staggering.
For years private DNS registry systems have been offering private individuals .org
(and .net and .com) addresses. There must be a million of these at the least -- one,
certainly, for every word in the dictionary. Put some attention on a real telecommunications
problem.
