Since domain names have an intrinsic value (witness the sale of some for millions
of dollars), then revoking them without "just compensation" isn't allowed by the
US Constitution -- it's referred to as a "taking". I don't know about you, but
I think the US Constitution carries a little more weight than even an RFC ...
