The process was simple.
I simply said, "This is not for commercial use."That
was my justification...
It was accepted.
When I registered they were not even
charging money.
Everyone hoped that service would improve once people
started
paying for domain names.
My problem is that our domain qualified under the original
rules
However it does not look like we will qualify under the new rules.
