Do a search in each document on the phrase "Appendix L". You will only find it in the last document (.biz, .info, .name, .pro).

What is Appendix L? "Registration Restrictions". It is only applicable to .biz, .name and .pro, as shown by:

I fail, therefore, to see how ICANN can impose any restrictions on .org within the scope of their proposed agreements.
