Because ICANN is the kind of
group that is not professional enough to separate what they should do and what they
want to do. An offhand comment like this could sway their decision. They
are not professional enough to do the right thing. Court is the right setting for
them. I am hoping to sue them personally, not corporately. I think according
to my state laws I may have a case. Of course I will not get much money, but
it will make them think twice next time they try to do something. Also I think
you need a home to have a job.-Populous
