I have a bunch of .org domains, which are used for non-commercial purposes, but
are in constant use by thousands of users. This would cause great disruption, and
IMO, would be highly unfair to all who have built websites, set up IRC servers,
shell servers, and basically have a community built up using these domains
etc. for non-commercial purposes. I can see it possibly being fair if the one
who registered the domain was using it for blatanly commercial purposes, but
otherwise? That's pretty heavy-handed. If it is that important, create another
TLD, and make sure it gets used the way you intended .org to be used. Don't punish
people because these policies were never enforced.
