I'm just a little ol' individual with no money tied up in my domain (other than registration and hosting fees) and I'm certainly not making any money from it.

If ICANN (and Congress) do this, and a class action lawsuit gets started, let me know.  It's certainly not like ICANN gave us much choice as to what domain we registered!  There were only three choices, and we aren't a company or a network, so....

As I said above, I don't really have any money tied up in my domain, but this sure sounds a heck of a lot like theft.  A slap in the face at best.  Insulting.

They aren't even offering us anything in exchange for it.  For forcibly taking our domains, they should either pay us $$$ or at least give us lifetime free registration of a new domain.  (Just for the threat of forcibly taking our domains, they should still be forced to give us lifetime registration of our .ORG domain!grin)
