I am also UK citizen and resident with SWIPO.ORG

RFC 1591 makes 'non-profit organisation' a non-issue - they cannot use that as excuse to steal our domains.

ICANN use 'non-profit organisation' as excuse to steal .ORG off us and small businesses who could not get their name in .COM

This makes the whole proposal a big joke. If you are going to start restricting domains, it is best to start with a new TLD.

Straight forward common sense.
