I am quite sure most feel the same.

They effectively lost your family name domain for you.

Had you got your domain the company, Griffin Technology Inc of UK, might have been one of many to try bully you with ICANNs legalised theft (IMO) policy, UDRP - to try steal it. There is 143 other trademarks of Griffin in USA alone - that could have also tried to steal it.

Getting back to NSI - As I said in previous posting - there is complete lack of accountability.

They do not take responsibility for 'losing' domain names - either during transfers or taken by others under false pretence.

They do not check properly - this is lack of due care and attention.

Just what do they do to earn their fees?

The vast profits is money for nothing.

Enter details into database once - for lifetime of $35 fees.
