There are several types of organization - are you refering
to social organizations?
Or are you implying there has to be two or more people?

so, I am part of a family organization.
I am organized, therefore I am an organization
Or
are you implying that ICANN acted without due care - by keeping individuals from
owning domain names for all this time?
ICANN knew what was going on, they did not
