1)I'm not really that interested if emailing .orgs
technically
speaking is spam or not; I do agree most org-owners have
not
the faintest idea what's going on, and would appreciate such
an email. 2)I'm not very interested in where to put the responsibility.
Fact is, if any action should be taken, it would come from
others
then ICANN. It's in our interest, not theirs. 3)It would be a hell of a job. If
their are people here who'd
like to participate, exchange ideas etc.;
