Subject: Why Call for the dissolution of ICANN?

Message:

Sorry, it seems I did not explain myself properly, so rewrote.

I call for the dissolution of ICANN.

On the grounds this Corporation deliberately assists trademark companies violate international law.

To name but one, Article 82 of European Competition Law - Abuse of intellectual property rights. Trademark abuse of dominant position.

ICANN knows the solution is name.classification.country.identifier - and yet ignores the law.

They cannot say its too difficult - it is easier than phone codes.

The sad truth is, you have to do it, IP brigade.

Conformity with relevant principles international law is specifically stated, within the Articles of Incorporation.

Some might say ICANN exceeding its authority to be reason enough.

Perhaps a new authority will "operate for the benefit of the Internet community as a whole" - as was ICANNs task.

Not act just for the benefit of legal profession and big business - as many believe true in ICANNs case.
